Shipping policy

UrbanRastaman shipment(s) is based on the following conditions:

• Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity selected.
• Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• International orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time. Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to USPS. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. All orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate cost per the quantity selected.

If you have not received a tracking number after 24 - 48 hours, please email us at Theurbanrastaman@gmail.com Please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. 

Note: Please be sure to enter your correct email address, shipping address (including apt and house numbers) at checkout, as this may delay your order from being shipped.
